Welcome! I'm so glad you're here in this little corner of the universe where I’m fulfilling my childhood dream of helping others. My journey through chronic pain and traumatic injuries has guided me to embrace various holistic practices that truly bring relief and joy back into my life. Over the past six years, I’ve explored many traditional western medicine methods as well as holistic and alternative methods and have found what works for me and countless others. As a proud mother of two grown children and two furry companions, I cherish spending time with my family and enjoy thrifting, reading, nature walks, and photography. I’d love to support you on your path!

As a Level I Practitioner Intern, I am excited to be on the path to gaining more experience and advancing to Level II very soon. I am working towards my qualifications and will be offering free sessions in order to meet the requirements.
